In the event that you contact us by email or via our contact/application form, we store your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry/application in order to be able to respond. In the event of doubt, please use our postal address or fax number to send information to us that may be of a confidential nature. Where a contract is concluded, we will store necessary information such as name, address and information concerning performance of the contract.
By sending application materials the applicant consents to retention of data for a period of up to three months after conclusion of the recruitment process or, in the case of court proceedings against NB Technologies GmbH relating to violations of the recruitment procedure, until such proceedings have ended.
NB Technologies GmbH is under an obligation not to make the information available to any third parties without the consent of the applicant with the exception of defending claims of third parties in legal proceedings and in such a case to destroy the information promptly after such proceedings have ended.
In the event that you request NB Technologies GmbH not to use your personal data for further contact and/or to delete it, we shall take corresponding action. Information that is obligatory for performance of an order or for commercial purposes is not affected by termination or deletion.
